We interviewed 3 other "top" realtors in the area. All of them had some great advice but all just said price the house below what we thought the market was. Well any realtor can sell a house below market value. Jane actually suggested we raise the price. We chose Jane because of her aggressive marketing plan. I am glad we did because we sold 45 days later for more than the other "top" realtors wanted us to list it for. I highly recommend Jane. Her marketing plan was awesome and effective.
